Tombaroli 1996 Sparkling Wine
The word Tombaroli describes groups of clandestine, misfit tomb raiders who excavate ancient burial sites in the hope of finding long-lost artefacts. It’s a fitting namesake for our new bottles - hidden treasures we discovered in forgotten vineyards and brought back to life.
Our first release is the Tombaroli 1996, an exceptionally rare English sparkling wine discovered on the mystical moors of Somerset.
A limited run of 1000 bottles.

A Moment in Wine 2023
MMXXIII. A year of strikes, submarines, and pop-stars. Our A Moment in Wine 2023 Bacchus is finally here, with a label inspired by the Byzantine-era mosaic discovered under an olive orchard in the Bureij refugee camp, located in the Gaza Strip, Palestine.
